If your inquiry is time-sensitive (such as updating shipping info), we recommend reaching out as soon as possible after placing the order.

4. Updates & Notifications

You will receive automated email updates throughout the order process, including:

If you haven’t received a confirmation or shipping notice within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact us.

5. Custom Work & Requests

If you’re looking for something custom, or have a special request, contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs if possible.

Please note that custom and Cerakote orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (see our Cerakote Terms for full details).

Cerakote Terms & Conditions

1. General Acknowledgment

By placing an order for any item that includes Cerakote application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity around the process, expectations, and responsibilities of both MachineWerks and the customer.

2. Lead Time

All Cerakote colors other than black are subject to an additional lead time of up to 10 business days due to custom preparation and inventory availability.

We will do our best to meet quoted lead times, but they are not guaranteed.

3. Color Disclaimer

Due to the nature of Cerakote and application techniques, exact color matches may vary slightly between batches and from online representations.

Lighting, surface texture, and other factors can influence how the final color appears.

4. Custom Orders

Cerakote applications are considered custom modifications. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Please ensure that all selections are final before completing your purchase.

5. Customer Responsibility

Please double-check your selections, including color and any custom options, before completing your purchase.

If you have any questions or concerns about compatibility or appearance, contact us before ordering.

6. Final Sale

All Cerakote orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

By completing your order, you agree that the custom nature of Cerakote work makes the item non-returnable.
